i know what they look like and i kinda know what they do? but im not really sure? could u explain?

They tie the front and rear sub frames together. It keeps the body from flexing under hard launchs. Without them the car would twist up like a pretzle. Now you know :tup

so for a dd there useless?

Not at all. If you read in a lot of the forums, Sub frame connectors are recommended to be the first mod done to our fox bodied Mustangs. Hard launches requires a cage and bracing (strut tower etc.) :wink:

yA MY uncle was sayin that our cars twist pretty easy! :) so mabye i just might have to buy these!

Convertibles are even worse than hard tops, Ford "tried" to put a Mickey Mouse bolt on thin sub frame connectors. I can hear my dashboard creek from the twisting and that is just daily driving.
