why would you need to rebuild the centre section for the spool.....if I just put it in the way it is would it work or not????

You will either use a stock carrier and rebuild the posi / use a mini spool, ir a powertrax inside it, or you'll buy an actual spool and use it and not the stock carrier..

it would work.. it came out of my car working.. I'm saying that if you want it to be mint,, it would need to be rebuilt.

my bad, musts misread something. i was thinking you said it was a 28 spline spool inside the carrier

i have no idea where that came from lol
