Chasing LED taillights

Chasing LED taillights
Has any one tried the Chasing LED Taillights from mossmuscle.com? They look good on the web site but I am worried that if they flash too fast you will loose the effect. So I am hoping some one can advise me before I Drop $250 plus postage.
