I haven't used it but heard that Raggtopp is pretty good.

I'm thinking of getting some for next season.

Yep Ragtop, very good for both types of vert tops.

Thanks....I looked for it at Canadian Tire but they carried nothing for cloth tops. I will check out Lordco or Napa tomorrow and if I come up empty then I will order some online.

I have a cloth top and usually do a few things. Usually when I'm going to wash the whole vehicle. I vacuum the top good first. Then use one of those sticky rollers on it. Then open the top ( maybe halfway or so) so that I can get into the back area better. But leave the top not just open, but up in the air until I'm finished doing that. The close it and spray it lightly with a garden hose. Not a hard spray, just gentle and lightly. Then I wash the rest of the car trying hard not to get any soap on the top. When I'm done washing the bottom, I give it all a good rinse from the top down.
I think my top looks pretty close to being new. I bought it in 2008.
I've never been able to find cloth cleaner in the stores. I have seen it on some sites though.
