Detailing
I am able to detail vehicles in the Okanagan Valley area of British Columbia. I limit my services to the exterior of vehicles only. I mainly concentrate on swirl and clearcoat scratch removal.
I use the following process;
Cold water spray to loosen dirt followed by two bucket wash then spray the vehicle with Chemical Guys Citrus Foam using a foam cannon process. I may clay the vehicle depending if it as any rough contaminants such as tree sap.
Vehicle is then dried and inspected for those areas needing scratch and swirl removal. Clearcoat scratches are removed using the 3M wet sanding process.
Swirls are polished out using a Porter Cable 7424XP polisher and compound agent with wool pads, followed by polishing agent using Microfiber & foam pads.
In the final step the vehicle is waxed. I mainly use Presta, Meguiars and Surf City products during various stages.
