Dirty wheel wells?
After all the cleaners and powerwashing, I was never too happy with the look of the wheel wells. Dirty wells make a car look terrible, especially if the car is freshly washed.
While the rims were off this past week, I scrubbed my wheel wells down and used black Krylon Fusion plastic paint and did the wells. What an improvement!
If you're struggling with dirty wheels wells, give this stuff a try

ArmourAll is terrible for paint finishes due to it being silicone based and in the well wells, it's going to the crap all over the place. I have a good friend who's a body man and in college, they talk about how terrible ArmourAll is for your car. Works great but it stays airborn for a long time and can damage your finish.

We have all heard about how ArmorAll isn't that great for dash's and things like that. But they must be doing something right for being in buisness for MANY years. I'm not sure what to think about all this newer information. Just my thoughts.

Armor All has been water based for years now. Of coarse the last 30+ years of it being Silicone based will be a hard image to get away from. It is a much better product now. I take my wheels off and scrub the wells with simple green. Then I spray 303 Aerospace Protectant on them.

If you are in a rush sometime and want them clean, use the tire foam on them, Just turn the wheel so you can get in there and spray the tire foam crap on them. I just picked up two of them from Canadian Tire for that purpose alone.
When I go to a car show I spray that on the wheel wells and all done. I do not use the stuff on the wheels but on wheel wells it works good. Give it a shot. Peace.
