Door poppers

Well I just orderd a set of door poppers for the mustang I cant what to get them and put them in the mustang. dose any one have door poppers if so do you like them and are thay hard to wire in?

i htink its somehting so u can shave the door handles and just open the door with a remote . it just pops them open a little so u wouldnt need a handle .
