I wouldn't wait for anyone to ask dude, if you've got some good tips, start a thread and post those babies up !!!

Do you believe personal hygiene products (toothbrushes, Q-tips, baby wipes, tampons etc) are good for detailing, or should you stick to products made specifically for cars ?

You do anything special, or was it just wax on, wax off ?

Toothbrushes: Yes (For plastic trim and stubborn stains; Great for taking off dried on Wax/Compound/Polish)
Q-Tips: No as they break down fairly quick and leave a lot of cotton bits and residue.
Baby Wipes: Only for the spilled coffee in the cup holder
Michaels (Art Store) / Makeup Foam brushes and sticks: Definitley for engine bay detailing + interior + cleaning the vents.

If you're looking for brushes and stuff, Boar's Hair or Horse Hair brushes is the way to go. I personally like the Adam's Boar's hair equipment.
