How cold can it be to wax your car?

I remember recruiting my bunkmate from the ole army days and we waxed the car when it was -20c ish lol

I first want to thank you for your interest in Meguiar's products and I hope your experience is a pleasant one.

All of our products can be applied in a minimum temperature of 55 degrees. Anything below that and the products will not work correctly.

Once again thank you for your interest in Meguiar’s. If there is anything else we can do for you please let me know. Also, if you get the chance to send any pictures of the car you are working on I would love to see them.

Well, good on them for actually sending back an answer. You never know when you send these e-mails off into the black hole whether or not anyone in these big companies actually reads them.

Glad they got back to you. I usually e-mail a company and if my e-mail is a legit question or concern, they do try. But sometimes if I knock their company in any way, no dice. As Apocalypse Pony referred to, they get pitched into the ever popular " black hole". But I find e-mailing much, much better than phoning and getting put on hold , talking to some one who can't speak English , or just plain doesn't have a clue . Gets my dander up.

I have no doubt that in the last 25+ years I have spent 10,000.00 easy just on CLEANING type supplies

I haven't got a clue, or even a guess on what I've spent on cleaning/washing/waxing/polishing products, and to be honest, I wouldn't want to know. I've been a detail freak since I was 13 years old, and started out on my ol' mans fleet of trucks. He had 3 Peterbilts(one of which I drove for him, when I was old enough), 1 Kenworth and a Mack, and they all had chrome everything. Even the nut covers on the frames were chrome. Anyway my job was to make the aluminum, stainless steel and chrome all shine like they were mirrors. The funny thing, is that I loved every minute of it. That's how the bug started for me! I've been a detail nut ever since.
