Actually Friday I pulled all the waxes polishes and cleaners out of the back of the truck (cold=freeze=waste) and put them in the trunk of KLEEEEN. Much to my surprise the trunk opened with the popper which has not been used since the middle of Sept (last time car started) I really should at least disconnect the battery, soon real soon lol

You should pick up a battery tender. They are pretty cheap and will keep that battery topped off for you and then you won't have window issues if you need to get in and out.

I have 2 battery type chargers so good to go. With the windows what I do is leave the door open before disconnection of the battery this way it's open approx 5mm and the door opens/closes no problems. I am amazed that I figured this out all by myself bwah

That works too. I just like the tender because I just leave it alone and it does it's thing. I don't have to remember to charge the battery up once in a while and if I do stuff in the car the battery is there and hooked up.

Beautiful hood pic.

I forgot about the window option when disconnecting the battery so I am glad I read this before storing mine.

I don't have power where I store it so your idea is what I will be doing.

Thanks, Lorne.
