Review-Auto Glym-GT500

Were to start-at the beginning you fool

I had no problem applying the wax but remember to keep the applicator moist-easier to apply
I applied a coat on the black rims as well
To apply to the car/rims took a little over an hour

Results

With the Black Mamba having 201 coats of wax polish there was a bit of a difference in the look of the car. It was worth the effort.

The black rims having approx 30-40 coats of wax DEFINITELY looked much nicer ie deeper black.

The only drawback is the Autoglym dries white so I had a problem with white flaking/static and getting the white flakes off required a microfiber towel (should use one anyways). I did not notice this problem with the Hemi as it is new and has a limited amount of build up. Mind you the Hemi did show signs of static build up but for some reason I was not chasing the white flaky demon.

Being physically challenged it took just about 3 hours to to the job start to finish, when I was healthy maybe 1 1/2 hours.

I would rate this product a 9/10 and Meguires will see there yearly sales total slip just a bit in regards to wax.

Oh I almost forgot, on the directions Autoglym wants you to apply in a circular motion. UNLESS your car is SPOTLESS and I mean SPOTLESS don't do it. I will always suggest going in a straight line which means up and down or front to back, doesn't matter.

For the Ram I will use this product from now on, for the Mamba I will try it a few more times and see if the flaking gets a little easier to deal with.

Definitely need some pictures here. Too funny on this post SNAKEBITE...Mamba and white flaky demon. Classic, and a great picture in my mind - I can just see you with a double handful of microfibre, chasing this white, flaky demon around KLEEEN!!!
