Looks freakin sweet!!
I have similar issue as you,but it's the top of my struts that are touching the bottom side of my hood.Due to my ride hide,and C&C set up,i have to live with it.

He grinded down the stud a fair bit but it still hit

Looks sweet from the rear view.Is the vent open or is it a vent?

Non-functional. The functional version of this hood is only available to Shelby Terlingua (spelling?) owners that can prove ownership.

I myself like them non functional when the vents sit over the engine,something to do with weather,rain,or just all around trying to keep the engine bay clean LOL.Mine hoddès vents are faux aswell.
