Sylvania Silver Star High Performance Bulbs
#43
Just installed on a icy rainy day here in Ontario. Car is still parked for the winter so I thought I would put the bulbs in to see how they looked. Here is shot of the left halogen and the right Sylvania Silverstar. Looking at the pics one at a time not much difference accept when you look at them together and you can really see the white of the Silverstars compared to the yellow tinge of the stock Sylvania halogens.

$$25.00/30.00 each bulb is correct. Not for everyone but I wanted the "look of HID."
Still looking for the ones to go in the fogs. No rush car still parked.

Ok guys this coming weekend (9th - 10th) Im going to be picking up a pair of the super white fog light bulbs. If anyone wants me to pick them up a pair I can as long as they pay me in full and pickup the lights from me.
Lemme know if anyone wants a pair.

Hey Guys - I had OEM Xenons in my last car (Audi A4) and decided to replace my foglights (H7 bulbs on that car) with whiter ones to match the HID colour.
I ended up using Eurolite brand bulbs - originally i bought a pair from Pacific Mall - one burnt out after a year but the other lasted close to 2.5 years - the car is now sold so who knows how long they'll last. FYI, I always drove wtih my HIDs and Foglights on - everyday. I bought a second pair from Performance Improvements to replace the burnt out one and that one lasted the remaining 1.5 years...all in all, for the low cost ($20 or $30?/pair) it was a great improvement. They weren't identical to the HIDs, but a lot closer then the yellowish stock bulbs. I'll post a pic tonight when I get home.
Hope this helps.
