I always give Snakebite a tough time about not driving his car enough but I didn't even put 1000km on mine this year and then sold it. There were several reasons that I won't get into but I'll see how many I can put on my 02this summer. Probably won't be very many.

It was an awesome drive. Lots of windy mountain stretches in Montana and and northern Arizona. Did it over 2.5 days cause I was solo. Had astop overnight in Idaho Fall, ID and Page, AZ. Averaged close to 30mpg and that was doing 80mph the whole way. We have a condo there so the Stang will live there now as I have no plans to bring it back.

^^^very nice drive I must agree with you on that. My longest drive with one of my ponies was in 1991 in the 90gt. We went from Calgary to Vancouver with a stop overnight in Kelowna, then south to L.A with a stop in Santa Rosa Calif. From L.A we drove to Vegas got married and stayed for 2 days and then the long non-stop stretch to Windsor via I15 to the I80 east to Chicago and then the 94(approx 32 hours) Coming back from Windsor a few weeks later we did the Windsor to Calgary trip in 2 days flat with an overnight in Blue Earth Minnesota. I would think the trip was at least 10,000 k's round trip and you guys say I don't drive the Pony enough tehehehe
