Have I priced my car fairly??

So 7 years ago I paid a friend to buy and restore a 93 white feature vert, and all went well until the divorce kicked in. Now the car is still in a million pieces in Colorado, so I took a 92 lx hatch as repayment. Being I have had enough of fox bodys and want to get an 03/04 Mach, I have put it on kijiji for sale. Some people have called but they all said it was too high at $6500. I thought price was fair but either I am mistaken or the local guys here has been smelling too many diesel fumes from their powerstrokes.

Anyway, what do you guys think?

1992 LX hatch
5.0L 5 speed
Black, gray int
Air (works well), cruise, pw,pdl, sunroof
85000 miles, 2 owners
Original paint, has 2 small dings and starting to crack from agae. Still shines well and looks perfect from 10 feet.
Motor stock, still has 2.73 gears

Mods: Era correct 16" ARE wheels with no pitting
Caster camber plates, lowered slightly, rides like a lumberwagon on SK roads.
Subframe connectors
Kenwood deck, I will assume aftermarket speakers, it sounds like crap honestly.
Magnaflow cat back, sounds cool in town, got a bit old after 12 hrs driving home.

Would post a pic but doesn't want to work for me. Have a photobucket account but URL copy seems to not work?/

So from description am I in ballpark?

If it's a solid car that doesn't have rusty shock towers and floorpans, I'm guessing in the $5K range would be a realistic selling price, assuming that the interior is good as well. Depends on what the buyer is looking for really ... many people that want a minty looking car aren't willing to buy one that's going to need paint, since the days of getting a decent respray for a couple of grand are long gone.

Post a few pics to give us a better idea of the condition.

cheers

Car is rust free. For most people it looks mint, but I can see small flaws. No issues with interior other than clouded instrument lense which I will fix soon.

I have experienced that they sell better in the US than Canada, since I have brought a few up with mixed results, but hoped to garner enough to clear my old debt. Most likely not I guess.

What am I doing wrong with the pictures? I click on the "insert image" button and paste the URL from my photobucket account. Doesn't seem to work??

You really need to post pics, or its pretty tuff. I've seen some pretty nice foxxes for 8gs all the way to 4gs. There was a pretty nice one I saw on facebook. T tops and really looked good, and they wanted 8. That car the pics looked very clean. I'm no expert.

Pedals and tint are gonzo, other than that these pics are accurate. Taken shortly before leaving Colorado.

Always easier to come down in price than go up.
