Put the parking brake on. Lights will go out.

The dealer can shut off the DRL with a scanner. It sucks to go without but that might be your only option.

My brother bought a 15 GT last year and he had the same problem. The next day after screwing with it all night at the drive in he said that all he had to do is, once the car was off and the keys were in the ignition, he just pressed the power button and the radio came on he didn't try it long enough to see if it stayed on but the radio came on with no lights as long as he didn't open the door.
