Like how do they want you to run egr, smog, pcv, and all those electrically controlled emission stuff with a carbed 331.

op some other things

"The D-shaped heads flow the best of all the different 2.3 heads, either in stock form or ported and polished. The D-port open-chamber head is best for totally stock classes in which no head modifications are allowed."

They can and will make you break down the motor to check EVERYTHING internal. He might be able to use a few more horses, but the big thing is the car won't turn. Loses to much speed in the corners... CAR MUST BE STOCK appearing... Most ranger parts are the same as the mustang. Even SVO stuff... The aluminum drive shaft idea is good, anyone got one? and the rear end is actually an 8.8.... what cars or trucks can we get 3.27-3.31 gears from... i still say he needs to run 3.55.... And yes i know alot because he's my brother....

All '05-'09 V8 auto. Mustangs came with 3.31s, as well as most standards. 3.55 was an option on some standard ones. 4.0 Explorers (right back to the early '90s) came with an 8.8, and 3.27s were very popular in them. I still haven't found my 3.31s, but if he has an 8.8, they wouldn't work anyway... they are from a 7.5.
