i have a 99 convetabile mostly stock for now just a cai and cobra dual exhaust

 

The option to add air induction was given to me when the car was ordered --I took it --looks really nice --not sure if it does much --for the few extra thousand ---any comments on exactly what air induction does ? SS

 

umm that looks liek a bbk cold air intake to me(anyone correct me if i am wrong), it's a basic mod. what do you mean you paid a few extra thousand for it when the car was ordered? i REALLY hope that thousands is not cash and you paid ford with hugs and kisses because that is a stupid pricey for a cold air. with that money i could have finished my SC project. and i have a custome cold air. and what a cold air does is imporive air flow(air turbulance = less bends) and has a better then stock air filter(sometimes).
