I'd participate in that ... maybe an Ontario chapter cruise?

Super-run is in Red Deer this year.... but don't hold your breathe 3 of the 5 cruises are "sold-out" but ya still gotta pay full price. The downtown cruise rocks....but if you don't have a tag....they get witchy and ask you to move. The streets are packed... big time Red Deer show off thingy... We've taken the '65 custom vette a couple o times. (my home slices car). I'm hoping my '13'll be in by that time.... even if it isn't I'm taking the '10 to show support to my local buds. It tends to be a snooty event. (super-run I mean). I'm seriously lookin forward to Three Hills.... This year is sposed to be a 3 day thingy Fri to Sun First weekend in June. Heard they are planning a 125 entry drag thing at the airport.... don't quote me but it's been whispered in the wind. I'd love to test out the '13 v-6 loaded MCA edition.... but 1.don't know if it'll be in yet.... an 2. don't know if I wanna risk crashin' it. That's all I've heard of.... but I went to the St.Albert Rockin' August show last year.... even got me a shwanky foto radar ticket. Lots of cool cars... but it was a lame 50's theme with a band that sucked monkey butt.... singin' geezer tunes and all the ole timers dressed in zoot suits an poodle skirts.... bleck.... might hurl mah cookies thinkin' bout it. We went to the cruise but drove home after cuz all the cooler youngish types left.

Major Events

So Snakebite...have you got any news on weekend events? What is this Red Deer Event? Is the St. Albert thing changing it's format this year so the newer cars can feel welcome??

I think if ya google or yahoo Super Run 2012 you'll get the site..... not sure I got the link because of Through the Windshield Mag. Can't remember the dates.... I figure once the Red Deer Cruise Night thingy starts up I'll ask Big Dave.... He's the local in-da-know dude. I might even get a ticket for the Super run cruise night.... All us "Stanger's" should pack our babies in the same area.... Would be cool to actually meet yall an such. Downtown is alright too.... some pubs, not bad restaurants, stripper joints, a coupla night clubs, city hall park, fast food, some eclectic type hippie shops (read kitchie garden stuff, gifty crap) think some coffee shops (don't drink zingy in cup so don't quote me) all within walkign distance of the reserved parking. Even a Timmie Ho's a short drive south of locale. However the streets are packed..... an I mean packed. Locals with cool rides, locals without cool rides drivin' about, lookie lou's,pedestrians an peeps just blocking traffic an bull chitting. Also be warned... There are a bunch of crazies, bums, crack heads an ladies of the nite (who have been known to just open your unlocked door an jump in) Seriously.... I had some crazy meth-head witch reach her arm in my open window an hit the open door button. (I'm a gurl so it was kinda wierd, er like totally messed up) I told her I'd be forced to hurt her if she made one move closer. She backed off.... thank goodness. The cops'll be out to try an keep those types at bay though, figured I should warn yall anyhoo.
