FROM 10AM-4PM WITH A BBQ TO FALLOW FOR ANY PARTICIPANTS! LOOKING TO DO EVERY THING FOR FREE HOWEVER WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR DONATIONS FROM EVERYONE TO COVER THE COST OF THE LOT RENTAL AND BBQ! ANY EXTRA DONATIONS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE CANCER SOCIETY!! I've been here before, I KNOW I have, everything seems so familiar it's like I'm seeing my past lives.

 

I think we need to be clear on this "donation" factor. What exactly are e talking here $20.????..that would be reasonable but we need to know or change the location.
Sorry to be a wet rag but I think everyone would be happier with this info.

Donations go to the Cancer Society after the parking lot and BBQ are paid for. You have to pay for a parking lot ? I thought this was a free event ?

 

hey, just what ever ppl want to kick in. any thing 5 bucks or what ever if we end up with any thing extra it is all going to go to the cancer society!!!

 

hey, it is a free event! donations are optional it is what evr ppl want to kick in. had to rent a lot ause all the places i talked to wouldnt garentee a large enough space. lot was 140.00 and i was planning on doing a bbq for participant burger and drinks. nothing to big.
