lug torque

got a set of winter tires and steelie rims for 2015 mustang, shows torque is 150 lbs, would I tighten to 150 also for the steelie rims? thanks all

As far as I know the torque spec doesn't change based on the type of wheel, but I'm sure someone else here will know for sure.

Torque spec has more to do with the thread diameter and material of the fasteners. 15-up Mustangs went to 14 mm studs like the F-150s, so I'd say yes stay with the factory torque spec ... F-150s use the same spec regardless of whether they have alloy or steel wheels.

cheers
