TPMS Question

I do understand that part and yes that is what I have from AM.

I guess my new question is:

Why is my sensor light on my dash not trigged yet after driving 100 kms with the 2014 sensors? As I said earlier, when I change the tires on my wife's car and my truck as well. The dash light will come on after a couple of Kms if not reset. They are both a GM's. Does Ford sensors take longer to trigger?

I have seen vehicles without sensors drive several hundred km's before the light comes on. I'm not sure why but it happens.
