The Trick Flows come complete minus the cams.I would think that by the time you get a set of PI heads, work them over with valve s,valve job, porting, valve springs,keepers,retainners,ects,ects...the cost would pile up fast.Plus for the fact that PI heads have spark plug blow out issues unless you find a set of late '03 to '04 PI heads that have that issue fixed.
Trick Flow addressed the issues, plus added some features.

no need for a new block if it's still within tolerances...

once you have the engine stripped down, take it to a reputable machine shop and get it checked out...they can tell you if it's in good shape or not..and if it needs to be bored out..decked...that sort of thing....

TFS heads are worth it, as cast they will flow close to a fully ported set of PI's. For cams, go with custom grinds, and I would do the 4.10 gears, not that big of diff unless you spend all your time at 120kph plus.

I have a Canton Racing RR pan(my dad is a dealer),its great but you can't install it unless you drop the K member.I guess you can put it on at the same time as the headers.
If you do please get a windage tray.
Hold up on the Pi head swap ,a couple of places Modular Head Shop for one like the NPI head because you can apparently run a cam with more lift than Pi allows.
MHS seem to like the Pi intake +Npi heads for NA applications.
I havent heard anything good about the typhoon intake and I doubt you will need the fuel rails injectors or mass air unless you spend all your time @7000 rpm.
Everyone is going to tell you to buy subframe connectors and 4.10 gears they are probably right.Get your Trac Loc rebuilt at the same time.
Yeah Fresh Trac Loc and subframe connectors for sure....These cars have traction problems when they're stock, so with all those mods, you're gonna need some major added traction.
