should also add that the 99 GT that was brought to my local ford was a POS... it was beaten pretty hard. and i cant find anything i really liked at the moment.. so the turbo is for the sixer.
NICE, itll make that little six scream.

Yea lol that coupe was soo thrashed... took a while to even get it started, the floor pan was basically gone, and the frame just didn't look right...
was kinda dissapionting... But I had a talk with my girlfriend and she admited she likes the 2000 body style. So the plan sofar is the TMA single turbo kit, Roush suspension, maybe heads and a cam, and as for body i wanna keep it suttle.. prob just a mach one chin spoiler, steeda wing, GT hood scoop, that kinda thing.. i'm working on a photoshop so we'll see how it turns out lol

sucks that it was in crappy condition...
on the other hand.. might as well just work with what you have...
just do to it whatever makes you happy rather than the hassle of finding something different and starting over...

Well, I have an 00 GT and I would put a KB. But before I do that, I would build the bottom end. Once the motor is set to take a KB. I would get the 1.8L KB. But $$ is the issue right now.. It's all in due time... I would go for ther KB.. Only my Opinion.
Only thing, Just do the resurch on every angle and talk to people that have that set up. Good Luck... Post your results.

This just might be me but once my bottom end is built i'm going with the 2.6 KB. With a 1.8 i don't know if you'd have to do the bottom end, I haven't researched that one though. I'm just the type that doesn't like to do things twice. If i were you i'd save up a little more and go for the 2.6 when your ready. You'd probably be happier with the results, especially if you build up the bottom end!
