need new clutch

hi everyone, new guy here but not to my stang, it's a 05 gt 5spd. soooo. my clutch does not grab very well these days and i am going to replace it soon, would like some input on what's best. i got a zex,410's,sub frame connectors,cai,diablo w/91 tune, and will be adding forced induction over winter. can anybody give me idea which clutch is best???, my right foot is heavy, but my left leg is strong.lol

Ive heard good things about centerforce and Mcloud has worked good for me in the past.

sorry for the hi jack but hows the zex kit workin for ya?

zex kit

i love it kicks in at second and really moves the car along pretty good i'm using a 75 shot.

any fuel system mods to run that 75 shot?im assuming its a wet kit?
the reason i ask is im buying a Kit here in the next few days and having the car tuned on the 7th of august

its a wet kit w/no fuel system mods, @ 75shot is a start and from there u have to advance the spark to a higher shot.

Your best bet for a clutch would be SPEC can be found at www.specclutch.com great guys to deal with.

clutch

Picking a clutch is a tricky thing. decide what you want to do with your car and go from there. do you want to race it? go here

go to the video tab and to page 2 on the videos 4th video down ( PRI 2006 StreetFire Interview) and watch it. Very informative. Now Having said that. I chose the Kevlar clutch and you can see by my avitar I just pulled my tranny this week and here is a pic of the clutch after 4000km. Not good but I am hard on the car and launch at 4300 RPM at the track. I am now ready to put in the ceramic clutch. Yippeee!!

New clutch has arrived!
