Both colours will look good. that stripe painter is slick. I would go the white with the blue stripe or the green with the white or silver stripe. Good luck.

I rented an 05 stang ont he weekend, an auto V6 but very impressed with the power for an auto V6, the GT's gotta fly. I want one even more now that I drove one, we put on almost 800km's (471 miles) and it was very comfortable to drive, we made a couple 2 hour drives and was very smooth, I was doing 90mph and it felt soooo smooth liek Iw asn't even going that fast, and the V6 has a mean growl to it, sounds like a stock 5.0, very cool.

Sounds like you had a good time. I have not heard anyone complain about the v6 power or the v8 power once they drove the car. I have not and will not just in case I like it more than the Mach1. (no way) lol Peace. Alll I am hearing is great things about the car, and the rest of America likes it too. Do not htink it has caught on up here yet.

Did you see alot of them driving around when you were in the states?

05

I would have to get used to the interior specifically the center console. I find it elevated; a little high for my taste. Other than that it is perfect .

I test drove the 05 GT as well as the V6, but the six was automatic, they didnt have any manuals on the lot.
To be honest, there isnt much of a difference between the 2. Yes, the GT has a little more power to her. But the V6 is just as good when it comes to overall ratings.

I decided to go with the V6, fits my budget, and its tilla sweet car!!!

Hey all - i just posted in the intro forum but i'll post here too

I just (March 22) ordered a 2005 GT 5 speed...the details are in my sig.

I have priority 10 and no issues with dealer allocation or anything - I'm still waiting for my build date but i'm HOPING it comes soon as I handed over my old car ( :cry2: 2000 A4...the love of my life!) to the new owner last Thursday so I'm carless!

Anyways...I'll post pictures when it arrives...I have big plans for this car...BIG! (well, still within my budget).
