You'd better make sure your friend has torque plates for honing the cylinders. If he doesn't, you engine will be back out in the near future. Modular blocks are notorious for twisting. I've seen blocks machined without torque plates oval the cylinders as much as .002".

I currentl run tr6's gapped at 35 thou. the blower was on the car before so I had some of it covered. I was running 36's and a lightning meter but may switch that too.
