i did i mis-read, and you have another X/H pipe?
i just have stock mid pipes. and yes they will be going on a 98 GT,now im reconsidering about the lontubes..

the only mods i have done are slp loudmouth cat back,CAI,75mm tb,75mm plenum,performance chip, and now im looking to do headers and mid pipe and possibly pulleys but other then that nothing. so im guessing if i went for the shorties it would be better because i am not planning on going all out on the motor since longtubes are better for cars with serious power.

Dont waste your time with short headers. Kooks make INSANE power, sound incredible but are pricey. Worth every penny as they make WAY WAY more power than any header available.
