Will 24lb injectors from a 4.6 work on a 5.0

Yes but you will need Injector adapters.
They run usually about $75.00 give or take, taxes duties, shipping etc...

You will need something like this......... Ford Racing Performance Parts [M-14464-A8*]

i think in the long run it would be cheaper and cleaner to get the right ones. . .
