Changing plugs on a 87 5L

Is it hard to change the plugs on an 87 5L?? I check there location real quick, the driver side looks ok but the passenger side looks like a bitch of a job. And also, what plugs would you guy recommend I put in, im basically running a stock motor.

Thanks,
M.L.

They're not very hard to do, the pass side is a little worse, but once the intake tube is removed it's not too bad. While you're at it if you have original wires, change them too, along with the cap and rotor. I always use factory Ford plugs on all my Mustangs.

You'll need an elbow to properly get the one plug on the passenger side but it can be done without. Stick with ford stuff, they knew what the cars liked when they designed them, and they seem to run funny with other ignition stuff.

I run NGK Platinum plugs in the "LHO" and Motorcraft plugs in the Capri. Both seem to work fine. Whichever plug you choose, make sure you gap them correctly.
