If you have 39 psi Vacuum line off and Plugged that is fine

Then you are fine, normal is ~30 with the vacuum hooked up (should spike to ~40 almost instantly when you give it a shot of gas) and ~38-42 with the vacuum unhooked.

thanks for your help , i though that it should be a 39 vacuum line hooked
