Not sure what I've got
Hi...new to this. I bought a 1986 5L 5sp a couple of years ago. It has had a checkered past but has a future I hope. The engine is what I call custom, the wiring is a disaster. It runs but real rough, poor idle. Anyone know someone in Barrie, Orillia, Midland who could help me out with my mess.

It is fuel injected. The mechanic I take it to knows like I do that the wiring is bad. There are wires and lines that go nowhere and such. Last year we gave it a tune up and it ran pretty well all summer. Both years I have owned it, It runs like crap out of storage but a tune up usually makes it go. Not this year. I may have someone to look at it but not sure yet. If I can't find it quickly I'm wondering about rewiring but I bet thats a few bucks.
