Are these kits any good?

They have one for the 331 too but I think it needs to be relisted. I think it's generally the same.

I've been looking into building up a 5.0 since I can get one fairly cheap but it just needs to be rebuilt. It's out of a Lincoln Mark VII LSC with 250,000+kms. Should the block still be good or should I be looking at getting something different?

that should be no problem with a 331 or 347 but I would definately go forged pistons!!!!!! I went 10.40's with a 306 and stock heads with nitrous.

Just put a blower on it. Never mind the 30-40 more cubes

if my car wasnt carbed i would, id def be looking at a blower instead if it was a fuel injected car, but with the carb id rather stroke it and throw it on the bottle
