Tweecers

Who here has a Tweecer? or knows how to operate "professionaly" a tweecer?

I am thinking about buying a tweecer for my 94 GT. But I have never even seen the capabilites of what they can do, I have never even seen one before. What is the best thing I should do? Should I buy a Tweecer to tune me S/Ced GT that way, or should I get a custom chip/tune?
Really will I get the same resaults? witch is the better route to go? I plan on keeping my setup for a very long time. I think 500rwhp is just about enough for me.

Witch is the best place to get tune?

Now since I have never even seen a tweecer before is it possible I can learn how to use it? does it come with like instructions?

Tweecer

Go with the Tweecer. There's tons on help on the internet.
If you can't get it to work, there lots of tuners that can tune or help you tune it.
Just make sure you get the Tweecer RT

Get a Ford 90mm or SCT2400 maf. Probaley the SCT2400 because you'll most likely peg the LMAF. And bring it to Meister and get it tuned. (CHIP BURNT)Simple as that and all you have to do then is enjoy driving the car with no worrys. IMO
Meister fixed me up real good, im figuring around 450RWHP for my application H/C/I and blower. Close to yours.

The TWEECER has a steep learning curve, a HUGE variety of software you can use and takes ~40 HOURS of tuning (on average) to get your tune perfect. If you don't have the patience or time to invest in using this device, it might not be a good choice.

Also, a wideband is necessary in order to tune with it CORRECTLY.

http://www.tweecer.com/

They have a message board you can sign up to. I've been a member for years, reading about people's problems and successes. It can basically make your eec do anything you want it to, on the other hand you have to be pretty smart to make it do it.

It be cheaper for you to take your car to paul and get her tuned, unless you REALLY want to know the eec, how it operates, and how to modify it. I started tuning with tweecers and eec tuners years ago, and there is a steep leaning curve.

Tweecers are nothing but a pain *** unless your Job Spetter Jr, and i dont think he even uses that, he uses Gen 7 DFi and SCT software, but anyway the tweecer has a very broad leaning curve your average joe cannot use this system, would be alot cheaper to have the car tuned by Meister. IMO
PS. How is it going Matt?

Thats my 2 cents for today!!
Thanks...........Dan O'Keefe

HAHAHAHAHA IM SURE IT WOULD..........lets change my entire setup hahaha good one.

Anywase, im willing to take that risk, I would rather learn to tune my own car then have someone else do it for me.

Thanks for the opinions guys.
