What heads were they running on the 94/95 GTs??

Hi All,

Well one of my heads on my 85 GT is the victim of someone putting in a spark plug wrong so it will be time to change them soon(even after a helicoil it is starting to come loose. I already know where I can get a set of ported E7 heads. Lastnight I was talking to some guy that has low mileage heads from a stock 95 Mustang GT. He said he may let them go for cheap(he started at $500 but I won't pay that). So any help or info would be great!

Stock E7 heads can be had for $100 or less in decent shape.

Thanks for the quick reply bud. Were E7s still being used on the 94/95??? I guess once you get those E7s........you can get em machined for more flow...........

The guy I am supposed to go see also has a set of 3 underdrive pullies that he wants to sell for $120. Good deal?

I wouldn't pay more than $100 for those heads, and $75 for the pullies.

heads ...remember to use your own head.

which ever head you choose, have them checked by a
good machine shop.

check for : cracks
warpage of deck
valve job sealing
valve guides
add new seals and check all
spring pressures too

a little checking now may save alot of headaches later.

goodluck.
