I would call the guy but I do 90% of all my own work on my car.
I do my own porting milling and fab work.
I also have a buddy that is a semi retired engine builder that use to build
hydo-plane and drag boat motors as well as thunder car and other race class's motors for 35 years.
Right now i'm doing a frame off on a 69 cuttless.

no problem Sirchirpalot,thanx for the compliment actually thats the floor in my garage at home people are always walking by and checking it out...its pretty funny some of the looks you get from people,never ceases to amaze me

i'll tell ya guys....i borrowed a gas can off this guy and it was polished on the inside....you can actually eat off this guys motor its so clean...now thats dedication....scott you are one of a kind ...and no problem for the trailer ... but you better bring it back clean....oh wait did i mention its a mess now... :p

LOL I am a bit late on this post but I am running massaged TFS highport Aluminum's. Its about as big as you want to go on a 302. I run a 2.08 intake and a 1.625 Exhaust valave. Flow 308 intake and 251 exhaust @ 600. Car will be shifted somewhere in the 7200 RPM range.
I woudl go with the AFT 185's and not the 165's. 185's will give you room to grow.
