As for headers, there are afew companies that make good headers for what you just did.

Does Kooks manufacture headers for the classics????

No they do not make them. I inquired about custom made ones and they only way would be to have your car at their shop as they have not "templates"

I've heard the FPA header fitment is one of the best for ground clearance and very good quality. They are 775 coated and 575 bare.

You are correct. It keeps the heat down quite a bit and I've heard it that helps with exhaust flow because the inside of the headers are smoother.

This is true and a big plus is the fact that they don't look like absolute junk after a few months of use.
