Thanks Guys,

As I can't afford to do rims AND tires AGAIN as I just put new tires on the car AND I need to improve stopping I am looking at going with vented disks, braided lines and probably EBC green pads. But which is better Brembo or EBC rotors? My mechanic (who I trust) has indicated that if I don't see much improvement that an adjustable proportioning valve could help. So, Brembo or EBC for rotors...discuss!!

Never tried any products from EBC. On the T-Bird Super Coupe I owned previously, and my current Taurus SHO, which both have been upgraded on the front using SN95 Cobra brakes, I used Hawk HP Plus pads with the OEM Ford rotors, which are supplied by Brembo in Ford boxes. Both cars have seen lots of open-track days, and the Brembo rotors stand up awesome.

cheers
