I have the full story about all the truth or the un-true things about that car...

I am very happy with all the help that CobraBob gave me the contacs and all...

I'll be enjoying the car for the summer and will be putting in a T56 trany in the winter... then the car will be all set... this car is set up at this time to push 430 RWHP and 390 RWtorque... I've talked with the car mechanic in Texas... it is a bomb!

Well if you ever need any help at all, you can either contact myself OR, you can get an account on ModularFords

That is BAR NONE the BEST website on the net for tech talk and advice for the 2003/2004 Cobra guys. THE BEST IN THE WORLD, tuners, mechanics, professional and amateur racers frequent that site, you will find EVERYTHING you could ever want to know.

I will issue one warning to you, I'm assuming that the transmission in the car now is the T-3650 or the T-45. Both of those transmissions WILL fail under a heavy right foot, or clutch abuse at the Cobra's power levels. While you're waiting to get your hands on the T-56 GO EASY!

P.S. What are your mods?

Yes I know I was told that about the trany... thanks for the head up... I might evn buy a T56 this summer if I get lucky and somebody find me one... but I'm also renovating my home... so I have to go easy...

I do not have the info on the MODs I was told by the Mechanic in Texas that this is what the car was pushing at the time it was in Texas... I have not dynoed the car yet and I do not have computer yet to check things out... so at this point it is hear- say about the RwHP and Rw ąTorque

If you'll snap a picture under the hood, and behind the car, I can probably tell you what 90% of the modifications are.

Also, I cannot recommend strongly enough that you visit ModularFords and make an account. You will be doing yourself a HUGE favour.

Modular Fords is a technical discussion bulletin board just like this. Here is the link, just check it out, make an account, and start learning!

Here is the link 2003 - 2004 Mustang Cobra - ModularFords.com

When I say the back of the car, I mean literally stand behind the car, and take a picture (I just want to see what exhaust it has).
If you take one under the hood, I'll be able to identify what modifications the car has-

I'm running a Magnaflow system on my car as well, with a BBK O/R X-pipe. My cat back is 3" tips, with 2.5'' diameter pipe, I wasn't aware that Magnaflow made a complete 3" system?

Oh wow, it's a custom setup then with Magnaflow mufflers and tips welded in. I'll bet it did cost him 4K. That's awesome, there aren't many Cobras running around anywhere with full 3". Magnaflow does not make a 3" system for the IRS Cobras, or any of the New Edge Mustangs (SN95), but having a custom one made is the best option if you want 3" all the way back. I'll bet it sounds amazing!

I will also say that the Mechanic in Texas told me that the car was set up at the time to be able to push or fallow Vipers... so he told me that the car has Viper Specs... again it is hear - say at this time... I do not talk about it to much because I do not know if it is true or not...
