Yea, but CDN MSRP is about $20,000 higher than US. I'd already have in my garage at $54k. (If I could find one that is).

ya I think it works out to about 5-600 less here after the exchange, but our taxes
kill us even more. I suspect it will level out a little after the first year.

Things get pretty entertaining when those boys start ranting about dealer markups, doesn't take long for the name calling, personal insults and the word "butt-hurt" to surface. Even at $70k cdn MSRP, I think it's worth it, too bad you get hit with another $10k in tax, but first world problems right? If dealers start monkeying around with prices, that would push my interest from "potential buyer" to "decided walker". lol Ohtobbad, I think it will be a definite Christmas miracle if you take delivery this week, don't mean to be a Grinch, but it might be January from the sounds of things.

on Adm's, I look at rather simple, your money, if so choose to spend more for a car, house, or anything else, its your choice. For some its relative, it normally pisses off those who couldn't even if they wanted to. I would not pay a ADM.
One I can't afford that, 2 I would just wait. I got lucky and got mine at MSRP>

My car was built, Nov.24, landed at rail head in flat rock ready to ship,
Dec. 9th original delivery date Dec.13 to 19th When it didn't show up, ford is now looking for the car LOL. I have lost my keys but never the car :)
I have also learned Fords internally communication system, sucks.
It could be anywhere, they have seem them show up, delivered and the system
still show sitting in flat rock, so who knows. I am hoping very soon:)

I understand the exchange rate, but remember when the New Boss was produced the dollar was in the mid 90 cent range. There was still about a 12k difference in MSRP. I know of 3 US Boss cars that where brought in by Lengendary Motorcars, and several others imported, as I was looking for one at the time and saw many with MPH on the speedo. We are a small market and there are enough early adopters willing to pay the price. I got my Boss 8 months old with 8K km for 35K. I say let it cool down and there will be some smoking deals end of next summer.

You could be right, much will depend on other cars and if anything else takes the
market by storm, it appears now, people are already lining up for 2017 models.
Also will ford make more or keep it at stated numbers. Fun to watch.

Meh, some folks prefer to buy new, that way you know exactly how it was maintained and driven right out of the box. Unless you know the car, buying used is like Forrestt Gumps proverbial box of chocolates. If I was going to spend that kind of cash, which I might, I'd go new GT350 for MSRP. Not a dollar more.

In Canada you can. the US it can be done, but seems to be a lot of work and a bit of luck. Prices will come down I think. But specialty SVT's in Canada rarely sell
for below MSRP. At least around here anyway. I got mine for MSRP.

Well it is official, it was returned to the plant. Reason given was quality assurance issue.
I have come to learn this is a line they give when they don't want to tell you why
It could be they found an issue and want to resolve before shipping.
Could be the known tire issue, could be someone damaged it, unless a big item
that carry's over to other cars, I will never know.
As the plant it closed today for holidays, I will not likely know anything until the new year.

I guess I gotta work hard on being on Santa's good list LOL/
