Looks like there will be a one off proto-type Nascar Mustang for sale at Barret Jackson, with no reserve. A Roush 351, mated to a 4 speed Tremec Tranny. Here, read more:

You would notice that LOL!
I still can't believe they call that a mustang. No where in those body lines show mustang! I understand they have rules to follow with the flow of the body lines so it's fair, and equal, but seriously!!
Should've kept it as a Fusion.

Yeah but really what's the difference, a Mustang that doesn't look anything like a Mustang, or a 2 door Fusion......pretty much the same thing IMO.

True, but the lines at one time flowed better for the Fusion body at the time.

this is why I have given up on Nascar (1988). I used to be a huge fan when it was the Winston Cup and earlier. I love watching video's from times long gone by ie 60's and 70's when the Allisons Pearson Petty Yarbourough AJ Foyt raced. One thing that jumps out when watching is the lack of sponsors plastered all over the car. Anyways

Times have changed my friend, and so has the sport, but thankfully it is a lot safer now too. Speaking of changes, the 2012 season will see Nascar switch over from Carb to Fuel Injection.
