In the fall of 2004 I went to the dealership to pre-order by 2005. The sales staff had no information at all on the new mustang even though Ford was airing the new mustang commercials. I handed the sale person I dealt with a file roughly an inch thick ( from information I gleaned on mustang sites) and left it with the dealership for any other customers with inquiring minds on the S197. I never did get a thank you from the dealership. People should know the product they are selling an organizations should make sure that their staff have knowledge about the vehicle and service info also.

I have found this with Ford GM Toyota Volkswagen Chrysler re last line. I am sure salesmen have a lack of product knowledge with the rest of the automakers its just I have not bought any Nissans Audi's Bimmers etc
