Exclamation 2015 GT Major Wheel Hop!!

Hey everyone. I took the car out today and got a good run in. I'm in love with pretty much everything except for two things... I'm really hoping somone could suggest something to resolve these two issues.

First, the shifter. It's perfect when driving around normally, but as soon as you want to do some aggressive shifting, it's gets hard as hell to slot it into the right gears. Looked at the Barton kit to help this problem but if anyone has installed it or used it id love to get some feedback as it's quite pricey for a shift kit.

Second, the wheel hop. Oh the wheel hop. Even with the launch control engaged, which I though may help, the rear wheels just can't seem to hook. Or at least one of them at any given time just pounds the chassis fighting for grip. The road was dry, however it is quite cold out. I've found these ford racing Anti hop half shafts but at 2500$, I was hopin for a possibly cheaper solution that may suffice for now?

A tall order I know, but if anyone could offer me some feedback or advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, I live in Calgary so if anyone can recommend a good shop for mustangs, that's would be awsome too!

Thanks again!

The Mustang Shop - Performance, Restoration, & Classic Mustang Parts
Talk to Matt or Joel.

For the wheel hop, I'd look at something like this

Steeda Mustang Ultimate IRS 'Stop the Hop' Package (2015-2016 All) | 555-2129 | Free Shipping!

As far as the shifter, you can't go wrong with Barton.

That's great. Thanks. I did look into stree da and it seemed as though hey have some nice stuff. However I have read a couple comments on different threads in this forum saying they aren't the best quality. Is there any truth to that statement?

I've used Steeda stuff over the years and it's always worked well. There are other brands such as BMR, Maximum Motorsports, CHE and Whiteline that probably offer similar products and have good reputations. You could also check Ford Racing.
