my gt 88 wants a new exhaust, so i wanna get shortie headers off road h pipe and flowmasters with turn downs? is that good? and what kinda headers should i get and h pipe "brand"

I had BBK longtubes,off-road H-pipe, and Flowmaster mufflers. That combo sounds bad ***. Just my opinion :biggrin:

Save yourself the fine.Get a high flow catted h-pipe.

ive got the american thunder 40 series 2 chamber muffs with chrome tips [cause chrome makes you go faster ]a upr off road x-pipe. im going to go with mac unequal shortys for headers

For the street, get headers that are stainless or coated so they don't rust. Get a converter equipped x or h pipe (I like stainless for this also and an x pipe). You will get nabbed with no converters, it is even going to get worse for this!!!!

Mufflers are a matter of choice! I like bullet style. Nice and quiet at part throttle, LOUD when you are on it.

My whole exhaust is stainless (including the clamps!!!), it cost me more, but it will last me since I want to keep this car.

Oh ya, put a full exhaust on. I tried just mufflers (no turn downs) and boiled my gas in my tank, also, turndowns are really tooooo loud if you are not into that noise in your car!
