The longer the car sits on Kijiji and on CMOC for sale the more I am starting to come to terms that it will be a part out situation. The response from Kijiji has been entertaining to say the least....

Best offer I have that requires me to give the approval is $10,000 in cash (real cash not bank draft) and $5,000 in contractor work (i supply material). The $5,000 works out to a bit over 6 weeks labor at $20 / hr and I just bought another house as of June... sooo. Downside is I have to spend cash to do more work on a move in ready house to cash in on the 5k labor. I do know the guy who made the offer personally and he has done work for me before and so I know what I am getting.

Too many people are just scared of how overkill the car is, that is the most common result from the 3 viewings.
