Not so sure bro, I did some market research, specifically on Mustang aftermarket options, and from 95 up to 2009 that was a 1.7 B market; that's a whole lot of CAI, exhausts, body panels, and go fast bolt ons!!!
Ford could easily lock up the market share by selling Ford approved parts at competitive prices and warrant what they sell to the general public...

Not sure what a 1.7 B market is, but I get the drift of what you're saying, but doesn't Ford already sell warranty stuff through Ford Racing? Or are you talking checking the option sheet when you buy, like the Brembo brake option on the '11's? Dude, if driving that car is anything like gettin some from Hallie and Angelina, I gotta start taking back the empties!!
I did buy the extended powertrain warranty through Ford, just gives me peace of mind, covers pretty much everything ,200,000 or 7 years... I think that came to around $1200 on top of cost...
essentially that pretty much spells around 11 shop hrs worth of cost,so to me it's worth it.
LOL Hallie and Angelina wishes they're as much fun as a hot tempered 800 hp stang, and there's plenty of them on the streets.
So on a serious note, what make of exhaust is a good upgrade, both for adding ponies and good sound? When it comes to Mustangs I don't know much other than the obvious, but I'm not really in tune with what most owners are choosing for their rides for exhausts.
The more I learn about these amazing cars the better it is for me to understand the right path to modding... with all your help guys!
Great community in here, with some great rides
