So you really think it would only be an hour Labour? Thats not too bad and the h pipes can't cost that much?

I can't see it being any longer as it's only 8 bolts/nuts as long as they don't run into broken or seized parts. If you look at a company like Mac or flowtech you can get a pretty reasonably priced pipe.

Alot of it depends on your muffler choice and the sound you like. An h pipe will give you a deeper sound where an x pipe is a raspier high pitched sound. Again you need to pair it up with the right muffler for the right sound. Usually a chambered muffler seems to sound better with an h pipe.

I haven't heard Flowmaster on a GT500 yet but usually they sound pretty good.
