will charge motion delete plates get me that much hp gain, or make a big difference in a supercharger application? any experiences? or am i better off spending the 300 bux on lower control arms for the rear?

what is a used X3 tuner worth these days? has 3 tunes, 87-89, 91, 94 octane, for cai, and basically stock there after, tunes done by Paul Meister, formerly of STEEDA. i ask because the kit comes with one, but i can save 200 bux US by re using mine. if i can sell it for more than 200 i would get the new one, but if not, just use the 2 bill credit.
