Mcleod RXT install for 09 GT - a couple questions

I’m preparing for the dreaded jack stand clutch install. I’ve found most of the info I need but I still have a couple questions.
I’m going with a Mcleod RXT with the steel Mcleod flywheel. I’ll be replacing the slave, pilot bearing and also throwing in a braided steel clutch line (likely Mcleod).
My questions:
1.) Dowel pins: I’ve read somewhere that stock dowel pins are too small for some aftermarket flywheels (RAM I believe), and someone mentioned that dowel pins from a 5.0L foxbody were required for that application. Do the stock dowel pins fit the Mcleod flywheel or will I require a different size?
2.) Clutch Line: I’m thinking about going with the Mcleod clutch line with the bleeder valve. Does anyone have any experience with that bleeder valve? Does it work well or would be better off saving some money and using a vacuum pump instead?
3.) FW & PP Balancing: I assume the Mcleod FW would be zero balanced out of the factory and I’d like to think the same would apply to the PP. But someone suggested getting the flywheel and pressure plate balanced together prior to the install. Apparently if you order directly from Mcleod they can balance them before sending them out, though their prices are a little higher than some of the other vendors. The other option is get them balanced at a local shop. It doesn’t seem like a lot of people do this before they replace their clutch. Has anyone with a Mcleod FW and RXT encountered any issues as a result of not getting them balanced? Is it recommended or really necessary?
4.) Brake Fluid: I’m probably going to be upgrading the brakes next year and plan to switch to dot 4 brake fluid. I figure that there would still be some residual dot 3 fluid in the slave even if I did a full system flush in the future. Can I bench bleed the slave cylinder and top of the brake fluid reservoir with dot 4 brake fluid even though there’s still dot 3 fluid in the brake lines and master (basically is it a bad idea to mix dot3 and dot4)? Or should I just wait and do full system flush when I do the brakes?

Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated
