When we spoke, his car was going away for the winter and he said we will fix it come spring time....the issue has been addressed and will be taken care of come spring
So He has a new tune to load in the spring that will work with the K&N?

No, he will. he said do not bother with it until spring

He posted the question on a open forum. You chose to respond to it. As did I. Im not involved other then asking a simple question. How does that hurt anything?? Asking if the problem is corrected doesnt seem like a big deal to me.

Maybe I have a friend with a Xcal2 & K&N and may want to warn him of any issues with the two.

OMG, somebody asking a question..heaven forbid.
